๐ League Overview
Welcome to The Clashers Arena . This is a fan made competitive, skill-based league designed for players who want structured matches, fair competition, and meaningful progression.
This league emphasizes:

All matches are tracked through the platform, with automatic verification, admin oversight, and enforced rules to ensure competitive integrity.
Whether you are climbing the standings, fighting for a playoff spot, or competing for a championship, every match matters.
๐ซ Even though this is a casual league. Repeated no-shows, unsportsmanlike conduct, or attempts to bypass league systems may result in penalties or removal.
โ 2. Eligibility & Participation
To ensure fair and competitive play, all participants must meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.
Player Requirements
- Players must have a valid Clash Royale account.
- Each player may compete with one account only.
- Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
- Players must link the correct account used for league matches.
๐ Season Registration
- Players must join the league during an upcoming season.
- Once a season begins, new players cannot join mid-season.
- Registration closes automatically after the registration deadline and once the season begins.
โ๏ธ League Participation Rules
- Players may only be active in one league at a time.
- Leaving or switching leagues mid-season is not permitted.
- Failure to complete scheduled matches may result in penalties.
๐ซ Ineligibility
- Banned or suspended players are not eligible to participate.
- Players removed for rule violations may be barred from future seasons.
- Attempts to bypass eligibility restrictions may result in immediate removal.
League administrators reserve the right to determine eligibility and enforce participation requirements at any time.
๐๏ธ 3. League Structure
All leagues operate in seasonal formats consisting of a Regular Season followed by Playoffs.
- Each league may have unique formats and schedules
- Only one active season per league at a time
- Each week players will have 2 opponents based on current record or similar standings.
โ๏ธ 4. Match Format & Process
- Matches are played using game mode DUEL (NOT 1v1) which consist of a best of 3
- Valid formats:
- Friendly Battles
- Tournament Matches
- Players must follow the league’s assigned game mode
๐ ๏ธ How to Start a Match
Match coordination and scheduling is handled through the Match Details section on the league website.
Option 1: Friend Invite
- Players may exchange friend links through the match chat.
- Once added, a DUEL can be initiated via Friendly Battle.
Option 2: Private Tournament (Preferred)
- Player A creates a private tournament in Clash Royale.
- Set a password for the tournament.
- Post the tournament ID and password in the match chat.
- Player B searches the tournament ID and joins using the password.
The private tournament method is the preferred format, as it ensures consistent match conditions and easier verification.
๐ 5. Scheduling & Deadlines
All match scheduling must be handled through the Match Details page for each match.
- Players must propose or confirm match times using the Match Details section
- Only times set or agreed to within Match Details are considered official
- Direct messages (Discord, in-game chat, text) are allowed for coordination, but are not considered official scheduling records.
- All weekly matches must be completed by Saturday at 11:59 PM PST(midnight). unless approved through support or match is scheduled.
โฑ๏ธ Players are expected to schedule matches promptly. If no response is received within 48 hours, the issue should be reported to an admin.
โ ๏ธ Failure to use the Match Details scheduling tools may result in disputes being resolved against the non-compliant player.
๐ 6. Reporting Matches
- All results are automatically reported by our match verifier. After your match is played it will update on the match details within 10-15 minutes.
- If verification fails. check your battlelogs and see if the match was played using the correct game mode and the correct opponent tag. If these were correct then contact an admin to help resolve the report.
๐ซ 7. Forfeits & No-Shows
A forfeit may occur if:
- A player does not show up after agreed date and time.
- A player is unresponsive after 48 hours.
- A player refuses to play
You may report a forfeit 15 minutes after agreed scheduled date/time on the match details page.
โ Forfeits count as a loss and a strike against the opponent and do not award crowns.
โ ๏ธ 8. Strike System
- Strikes are issued for no-shows or misconduct
- 2 strikes results in:
- Removal from the season
- Automatic forfeiture of remaining matches
โก 9. Disconnects & Player-at-Risk
Due to the nature of online play, technical issues may occur. Players are expected to maintain a stable connection and functional device throughout all league matches.
๐ Disconnects
- If a player disconnects during a match, the result of that game stands as recorded by Clash Royale.
- Matches are not replayed due to disconnects, lag, crashes, or device issues.
- Players are responsible for ensuring stable internet, sufficient battery, and updated game versions.
โ ๏ธ Player-at-Risk Clause
- Any player who begins a match is considered “at risk” for its completion.
- If a match cannot be completed due to a player’s connection, device, or availability issues, the affected player may be subject to a forfeit.
- Repeated technical failures may result in strikes or administrative action.
These rules exist to prevent abuse, intentional disconnects, and delays while ensuring the league progresses on schedule.
Match may be replayed if there is technical issues but both players must agree and at admins discretion.
๐ 10. Standings & Tiebreakers
Standings are ranked by:
- Total Points
- Strength of Schedule (SoS)
- Game Differential
- Total Wins
- Head-to-Head (if applicable)
Only regular-season matches affect standings.
๐๏ธ 11. Playoffs
- Top players qualify based on standings
- Single-elimination bracket
Playoff matches do not affect regular standings.
๐ 12. Champion & Awards
- The final match determines the Champion
- Trophies are awarded automatically
- Champions are permanently recorded
- Any prize money owed will also be handled afterwards.
๐ก๏ธ 13. Admin Authority
Admins may:
- Override match results
- Apply forfeits or strikes
- Resolve disputes
โ๏ธ Admin decisions are final.
๐ค 14. Fair Play & Conduct
- Respect opponents and admins
- No cheating, harassment, or match manipulation
Violations may result in removal or bans.
๐ 15. Rule Changes
- Rules may change between seasons
- Active seasons remain stable unless critical fixes are required
โ 16. Player Agreement
By joining a league or season, players agree to follow all rules and accept admin decisions.
